i am looking for a second hand 2/3 person sailing dinghy that is exciting but can be towed long distances?
we drive to the south of France every year, approx 1000 miles each way, and to not want to have our journey notably prolonged by trailer problems or having to drive at a lower speed. preferably available relatively cheaply second hand, but the boat needs to have a folding mast (or stored completely within the trailer as we also take bikes on the roof of the car) and be relatively exciting but at the same time safe to use on the Mediterranean (which can be very windy) we currently bring a topper dinghy but also own a Wanderer dinghy, which we cannot bring due to the length of the mast
I have a Tinker inflatable sailing dingy that would meet your needs. Have you looked at those? I would sell mine but getting it across the pond could prove interesting. Bill
