In RuneScape, is a Rune Kiteshield better or a Rune Berserker (charged) better?
I’m looking for the absolute best f2p training outfit. I got some arrows just to fill space, power ammy, team cape, charged rune gaunts, full rune set (l), fighting boots, and a rune scimitar. Is this the best f2p outfit for melee training? Are there any improvements to be made? (such as changing my kite to a berserker, of course only if the berserker is better). Thank you.
Charged rune beserker has the same stats but it has a str bonus
