buzzer sounding on mercruiser diesel inboard?
It could be a few things. Does the buzzer sound at all times, even when you first start the engine? It could be low oil pressure. The marine gear may have a pressure switch on it that will sound the buzzer if the marine gear is low on oil or if the pressure switch goes bad. ( mine went bad and was leaking oil and sounding the alarm) If the buzzer sounds when the engine warms up it is likely the temperature.
