My sunburn is burning very badly, what should I do?

Okay, I know that was not smart to do this. I learned my lesson. So skip [ping all the nagging to need help: I went on a canoe trip that lasted about 12 hours yesterday. I had already had some sunburn lower leg but was much more during this trip. Now a part of me is smoking in a blister. Is the size of the palm and is swollen, slightly peachish orange-colored, and obviously filled with fluid. Is not puffed up obscenely high. It hurts a lot and shakes with pain from time to time. If anything it touches everything that hurts almost bad enough to bite my tongue. Is there anything I can do to relieve pain or to make it go faster?

blistered burns need to see a dr asap! meanwhile, take Tylenol or Advil, but getting a dr!
